To be eligible for the CACP course , you must have one of the following professional licenses:
- Possess at least four years of ACP experience or PGY1 pharmacy
- Residency with two years of experience or PGY2 pharmacy residency in ACP
- Registered or licensed pharmacist (BS pharmacy or Pharm.D.)
- Licensed physician (MD or DO)
- Physician assistant (PA)
